Manage the community: documents, members and mailings, with every action logged.
Post newsletters, meeting minutes, meeting agendas and other documents. Each goes to its own folder and appears on the public page right away.
Changing a document to Members or Board later does not un-publish it. It stops new visitors reading it here, but it cannot recall a copy someone already downloaded, and a document that was public may stay in a browser or edge cache for up to an hour. Treat anything already posted publicly as public for good.
Upload an old mailing list — a Constant Contact export, for example — to keep it on hand without mixing it into the member directory.
⚠️These stay separate from your members on purpose. Imported addresses are unverified and may be stale, so they never appear in the directory, never become members, and never grant anyone access to the community. Importing a list does not email anyone.

A Constant Contact export works as-is — we look for the email, first name and last name columns.
Record a payment when a check arrives, and see at a glance who is paid up and who has lapsed.
🎁The listserv is free to the community right now. Dues are not required for access during the
try-before-you-buy period, so “never paid” here is expected and is not something to chase. Keep recording
checks as they arrive — this becomes the renewal list when the board decides to start charging.
